Welcome to the Spastic Fun Run 2024 -29th Annual Charity Walk Jog Wheel A Thon organized by Spastic Children’s Association of Selangor & Federal Territory. This event is an annual charity walk and jogathon with the disabled with the effort to raise funds for all participated NGOs in this event.

Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. The event is open to all. Participants agree to participate in the Event at his or her own free will.
   
   
2. The running route will be as determined by the organiser.
   
   
3. Participants below the age of 18 years will have to get their parents or guardian consent to participate in this run.
   
   
4. Registration fees are not refundable.
   
   
5. No category change are allow after registration.
   
   
6. Participants agree to pay Personal Accident Insurance to join the event.
   
   
7. All participants must wear event t-shirt and the race bib in front of the t-shirt to entitle for the finisher medal. The organiser reserved the right to hold back the prizes or finisher medal if participate complete the race without the racing BIB.
   
   
8. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these Rules and Regulations of the Event from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organiser shall be the authority to interpret and in doing so, the Organiser will take into account the interest of all the affected Participants.
   
   
9. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Date and/or Venue or to postpone or cancel the Event for any reason whatsoever including force majeure (i.e. due to the occurrence of any incident, condition or event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser and which, in the Organiser’s opinion, renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the Event such as haze, storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, act of God, terrorism, pandemics, outbreaks, or other conditions) at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case the Organiser will make effort to inform the Participant before the Date. If the Event has to be postponed or canceled, there shall be NO refund of fees and the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused. Participants acknowledge and agree that the entry fee and any other transaction costs of the Event are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-deferrable. Any updates on the Event including any changes to the Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy or any other terms & conditions of the Event will be posted on the Official Registration Website. It is the responsibility of the Participant to keep abreast with such updates and changes. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
   
   
10. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, defer and/or add any Event category without prior notice to the participant.
    
    
11. All designs are for illustration purpose only. Actual design might vary.
