Join the Heart Heroes Charity Run this 17th August 2024, where you'll be able to raise funds to support patients affected by congenital heart disease! Taking place at UM Arena, this event is suitable for all ages and is going to be full of family-friendly fun.

This event was co-organised by the Malaysian Paediatric Cardiac Society and Yayasan Jantung Kongenital Malaysia.

1. Who is this charity run for?
   • This charity run is to support programs by the Malaysian Congenital Heart Foundation (Yayasan Jantung Kongenital Malaysia), a registered non-profit organisation that supports patients with congenital heart disease. You can access more information about the foundation’s programs along with their audited financial reports at www.mycongenitalheart.org.
     
     
2. Are there any age restrictions for the event?
   • There are no age restrictions for this event and it is suitable for all ages. However, children under the age of 12 must receive consent from their parents/guardians before registering and MUST be accompanied by an adult on the event day.
     
     
3. Is there a shorter track for participants with health conditions or small children?
   • Yes, there is a shorter track of 400 metres available for participants with health conditions or small children, located within the arena itself. The same registration fees apply for both the 5KM track and 400m track.
     
     
4. Can a representative collect my registration pack?
   • Yes, a representative can collect your registration pack on your behalf. Kindly ensure that the representative brings along the confirmation of your registration for verification purposes.
