• Category: 25km / 100km (Run/Walk/Hike/Bike by accumulation)
• Location: Anywhere and everywhere! The choice is yours. Simply lace up, step out, and embrace the adventure!
• Registration Period: 1 Mar 2024 – 31 Mar 2024
• Result Submission Cut-off: 07 May 2024
• Finisher Medal: Complete the challenge and earn yourself a one-of-a-kind finisher medal featuring the timeless symbols of the rabbit and tortoise. 

1. Register at HeyJom and tracking number to be sent by email in 5 working
days.
2. Run/walk: Complete 25km/100km accumulative distance
Run/Walk/Hike/Bike during the race timeline.
3. Results submission: Submit your results to Running Station via email

4. Race pack to be posted out by 14 May 2024, tracking number will be sent by
email.

1. After payment is made, you will receive an official email with E-Bib in 5 working days. (Please check your spam/junk mail)
2. The E-Bib is not compulsory to be printed. You can keep this E-Bib and you can share it on your social media.
3. Download running apps or use a GPS watch to track your run and ride. Switch your running apps or GPS watch to indoor/treadmill mode when you
run on the treadmill.
4. After completing, submit your run result to virtual.run.station@gmail.com or whatapps to https://bit.ly/3uEXQul with
your ebib and results. 
5. You will receive your race pack tracking number through email 2 weeks’time after the event ends (which is by 14-May-2024). Any late shipment will
be informed through email. 
6. Your finisher & race pack will be shipped directly to you.

1. Under normal circumstances, we do not offer return or refund.
2. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 working days of the parcel being received.
3. Items must be in their original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). Exchanges for articles that do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
4. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
5. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
6. We will get back to you once a returned item is received by us and will email you the new tracking number for the exchange item.
7. All the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
8. In case of a refund, all refund(s) will be credited to your personal account within 1-3 working days.
9. Color of products may vary due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real products as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
10. There might be +/-0.5 inches differences in the measurements.
11. For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece, and a return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
12. Material and quality issues are not considered defects and are subjective.
13. Parcels returned to us before any acknowledgment/approval will not be entertained.
