  1. What is a Virtual Run?
    • A virtual run is a self-motivated race that you can run, walk, or hike at your convenience, anywhere you like. You have the flexibility to run on the road, trail, treadmill, or even participate in another race.
  2. Do I have to complete the distance all at once, or can I break it up into different days?
    • There is no requirement to finish the race in a single run. You are free to break it up into several runs if necessary.
  3. How do I track my distance and time my run?
    • We accept race results from any reputable running app. For treadmill runners, you can either capture the run result from the display screen or set your running app to treadmill mode while using the treadmill.
  4. Can I use the same result for different races?
    • Absolutely! You can use the same race result for any races that share the same race period/duration.
  5. When will I receive my finisher's entitlements?
    • Your race entitlements will be shipped to you according to the date specified at the event registration link. In exceptional circumstances, please stay updated through our social media channels for any announcements or changes.

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

  1. Challenge Duration: Participants will have a maximum of 60 days to complete the challenge. To request an e-Bib, please contact us at beestormsports@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at https://wa.me/60178232310 (upon request).
  2. Race Record Submission: Participants are required to complete the run and submit their race records via email to beestormvr@gmail.com. Please include your NAME and EVENT NAME in the email subject. Submit emails only for the completed total distance.
  3. Social Media Sharing: Participants are encouraged to share their experiences by posting photos on their Instagram or Facebook accounts using the hashtags #beestormrunsociety and #beestormvirtual. While sharing a photo of the participant is not mandatory, it is appreciated.
  4. Proof of Completion: Proof of completion may include phone screenshots from your preferred running apps, photos of wearable devices, or treadmill screenshots displaying clear and accurate records.
  5. Entitlement Delivery: Finisher medals and finisher tees will be delivered to participants on dedicated dates via courier service. Please anticipate potential delays on public holidays or weekends.
  6. Mailing Address: Entitlements will be sent directly to the mailing address provided by the participant during registration. It is essential to ensure the accuracy of the provided mailing address. Any additional costs incurred due to parcel return or delivery failure will be the responsibility of the participant.
  7. No Self-Collection: Self-collection of entitlements is not permitted. All participants are advised to await the delivery of finisher medals to their specified address.
  8. Submission Deadline: All race results should be submitted by the specified deadline. No submissions will be accepted after this date. Any race entitlements remaining unclaimed will become the property of the organizer, who reserves the right to dispose of or redistribute them as deemed appropriate.
  9. Dispute Resolution for Parcel Issues: To dispute any issues related to parcels, such as missing items, items never included, or damaged items, customers are advised to create a safety recording BEFORE opening the parcel. This recording should encompass the front and back of the parcel, as well as the process of opening the parcel until all items are entirely removed. In the absence of this recording, the organizer cannot proceed with refunds or item returns, as applicable.
