Terms and Conditions

Please read all the terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully. Each individual who registers to participate in My Little Pony Rainbow Run & Hunt Kuala Lumpur("the Event") (and, where applicable, in the case of a participant below the age of 18 years, the participant's parent, guardian or legal representative) ("Participant") declares and acknowledges to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms below and undertakes to comply with and be bound by the same. 

  1. My Little Pony Rainbow Run & Hunt Kuala Lumpur('Event') is owned by Fenix Nuvo Sdn Bhd (‘Fenix Nuvo’), and organised by Fenix Nuvo Sdn Bhd (‘Fenix Nuvo’) and Score Sports Management Sdn Bhd (‘SCORE’).
  2. The Event will be held on 20 January 2024 ("Date"). The Organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Event at any time.
  3. Eligibility:
    1. The Event is open to all and each participant attends the Event on his or her own free will.
    2. The run is open to participants age 4 and above. Participants age 4 - 17 years old MUST be accompanied by at least ONE adult participant of 18 years old and above of the same category who will always be responsible for their safety.


  1. By signing up for and providing any information, personal or otherwise, to gain access and to participate in the Event or any activities relating to the Event, the participant is deemed to have given express permission to the Organiser and Event partners and sponsors (if any) to use such personal information for marketing, statistical and planning purposes.
  2. By signing up for and providing any information, personal or otherwise, the participant agrees to provide his/her name and personal details to the insurance partner of the event for the purchase of Group Personal Accident Insurance (compulsory by the Sports Commissioner).
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to contact the participant from time to time by any means. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the participant.
  4. If a participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the participant's registration and refuse any and all current or future use of any components of the Event. There will be no fee refund upon such suspension or termination of the participant's registration.
  5. The Organiser will not entertain or be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate Registration Data in the Event registration form completed by the participant.
  6. Once the participant’s registration has been duly processed, there will be no refund for any participant who does not eventually take part in the Event for whatever reason.
  7. All T-Shirt measurements are subject to 0.79+/- inch tolerance.
  8. All colour, design and material of merchandise (such as event tee, finisher tee, finisher medal, bib, goodies bag etc.) are subject to change without notice.
  9. There will be no refund on registration fees if the Event is cancelled for reason of force majeure i.e., due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the Organiser (including but not limited to haze, storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, act of God, terrorism, or other conditions) and which in the Organiser's opinion, renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the Event.


  1. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any applicant under the age of 4 for the run.
  2. Bib given to the participants during the Entry Pack Collection are compulsory to be always worn during the Event. Entry will be prohibited otherwise.
  3. While every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the participants safety, participants attending the event is solely at their own risk and the Organiser will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death however arising from training for, during or after participation in the Event. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or to consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual Event day.
  4. It is the sole responsibility of every participant to inform the medical staff/safety marshal of the session regarding any injury or reason that they cannot exercise.
  5. Should any participant feel fatigue, restless, or an injury at any time during or before the session, they must immediately inform the medical staff/safety marshal and refrain from joining the session.
  6. Participant must retire from the session immediately, if required to do so by any member of the official medical staff/safety marshal.
  7. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property during the session.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations of the Event which will be reflected on the Event's Registration Platform and it is the responsibility of all the participants to keep abreast with any changes.
  9. The Organiser reserves the right to change the date, venue or to cancel the Event at any time without prior notice to the participants, in which case the Organiser will make every effort to inform the participants prior to the Date. If the Event must be cancelled, there shall be NO refund of fees and the Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused.
  10. The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of user communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or traffic congestion on the internet and/or the Event's Official Website.
  11. Participants must ensure that they have read and understood the Personal Data Protection Notice on the collection, retention, use, disclosure and management of the Participant's personal data. By reading and agreeing to it, Participants agree to authorise and allow the Organiser and/or any of its subsidiary companies to collect, retain, use and disclose the Participant's personal data for the purposes mentioned in the Personal Data Protection Notice.

Physical Race Registration Information

  1. When and where will the My Little Pony Rainbow Run & Hunt 2024 be held?

The event will be held on 20 January 2024 (Saturday) at Central Park @ Bandar Seri Coalfields, Sg Buloh.

  1. I couldn’t attend the physical race. Can I join virtually?

Thank you for your support, however there is no virtual run this year. We look forward to seeing you again in the future. 

  1. When does the registration close?

Registration will close on 10 December 2023 or when all slots are sold out, whichever is earlier.  

  1. What is the minimum age to participate in the My Little Pony Rainbow Run & Hunt 2024?

There are different minimum age requirements for the different race categories.

    • 5KM Rainbow Run Child: Ages 4 to 12 years as of date of Event. 
    • 5KM Rainbow Run Adult: Minimum 13 years as of date of Event.

    • Carnival: Open to All Ages. 

    • Rainbow Hunt: Ages 4 to 12 years as of date of Event. 

Note: Participants age 17 years and below must be accompanied by an adult above 18 years old. 

  1. What happens if I could not complete my run within the qualifying time? 

All registrants must complete their run within the qualifying time. 

  1. I have my own insurance, do I still need to purchase the Group Personal Accident Insurance from the event? 

Yes, it is compulsory to purchase the Group Personal Accident Insurance (this is set by the Sports Commissioner Office of Malaysia) 

  1. How do I know if my registration is successful?

Upon completion of registration, you will see a ‘success’ message on your screen and receive a confirmation email as well. You may also check it in your Heyjom app, under Dashboard.

  1. I have registered but did not receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam, junk, promotions and social folders, or any other tabs in your inbox. Alternatively, you may also view your registration on your Heyjom dashboard.

If it is not there, please contact us at with your full name, IC / passport number, email address used for registration and any proof of payment. 

  1. Can I change my distance or category after I have completed my registration?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to change your distance or category upon completing your registration.

  1. If I wish to withdraw from the race, can I transfer my registration?

No. Race entries are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. The registration system documents the particulars of each runner and in the event of emergencies where medical assistance is required, the emergency contact is taken from the information stated at the back of the bib. For the safety of our runners, changes are not permitted.

  1. Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after completing my registration?

No. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

  1. Do I need to do a COVID-19 test before attending the event?

It is not compulsory, but to keep yourself and others safe, you are encouraged to do a self-test before participating in the event.

  1. Do I need to be fully vaccinated to participate in the event?

Yes, you must be fully vaccinated to participate in the event. Proof of vaccination will be required on the event day.

  1. Can I change my t-shirt size after registering? 

No, you are not allowed to change your t-shirt size after registering. 


About The Physical Race

  1. Is it necessary to wear the race bib when participating in the race?

Participants MUST wear their race bibs while participating in the race. The Race Organiser reserves the right to deny entry of runners into the start pen without valid race bibs.

  1. What is the flag off time? 

The flag off time will be announced upon approval by the authorities.

  1. Is there a cut-off time for the My Little Pony Rainbow Run & Hunt 2024?

5KM Rainbow Run – 1 hours 30 mins after the flag off time.

  1. Is there a baggage deposit area at the race village?

There is a complimentary baggage check-in service at the race village where runners can deposit their belongings.

*Counters will only accept items secured in bag(s). Whilst maximum care and security will be enforced, the Organiser will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items, or delay in retrieving the bags. Participants are advised to arrive 1 hour before their start time.

  1. If I have kids/children below 4 years old, can I bring them to the event and run with me?
    Yes, children of 4 years old and below can run for free under the supervision of their parents. However, this free admissions will not entitle them to any running tee or other event merchandise.

  2. Can I run if I am pregnant?

If you were a regular runner before your pregnancy then it's safe to continue for as long as you find it comfortable and are not experiencing any complications. However, as organizers, we do not encourage this and we shall not be deemed responsible under any circumstances.

  1. Can I run with a stroller? 

If you were a regular runner with your stroller then you can bring it at your own risk. However, as organizers, we do not encourage this for the safety of all the race participants and we shall not be deemed responsible under any circumstances.

  1. What do I need to produce to collect my Race Pack?

    • Softcopy of your identity card/passport 

    • Softcopy of your event confirmation slip 

  1. When and where is the Race Entry Pack Collection? 

The Race Entry Pack Collection is on 13 & 14 January 2024 at BSC Sales Gallery & Club House, Bandar Seri Coalfields, Sg Buloh.

  1. Can I collect the race entry packs for my family or friends?

Yes, but you must have a copy of their NRIC and their event confirmation slip. Softcopy is accepted. 

  1. I am an International Participant, and I will only be in Malaysia during the same week. Can I collect my race kits during event day?

Unfortunately, there will be strictly no collection on the event day. You are encouraged to opt for the delivery option or get a representative to collect on behalf of you. If you face any further challenges, please email us at

  1. Can I collect my race kit after 14 January 2024 if I forgot to do so during the race kit collection week on 13 or 14 January 2024?

There will be no collection allowed after 14 January 2024, and there may be a late collection fee if anyone attempts to collect after the date.

  1. When will I receive my race kit if I opt for delivery? 

Your race kit is estimated to reach you 1 week before the event.
