Terms and Conditions
- No refund and change of category is allowed.
- Participants can complete the challenge with a minimum of 5KM per result, and a maximum of 5 submissions.
- Upon completion of the race, verification of the results by management team and your finisher entitlement eg. e-cert and finisher medal will be sent out.
- Participants who fail to complete the challenge and/or submit their results will not receive their finisher entitlement.
- Participants can use any GPS-based tracking apps, indoor trainer to track their challenge progress. Note: Pedometers are not allowed.
- Screenshot your challenge result containing the distance, timing and date of challenge for submission to receive your entitlements.
- Kindly refer to the Rules and Regulations before Check Out for full T&C.
- Apple and Google are not the sponsors nor connected in any way, shape or form with the competition.
FAQ
A: A virtual race is a challenge that can be completed from any location you choose, at any time during the stipulated period. You can walk, run, hike or cycle anywhere that is safe to do so, provided you follow the social distancing rules. Complete your distance, upload your results and receive your entitlements.
Q: Can I enter multiple challenges at once?
A: Yes, you can enter as many challenges as you like and upload your distances for each of the challenges separately.
Q: What will I receive when I participate in the challenge?
A: You will receive a stunning finisher medal and E-Cert for your achievement. You can add on optional merchandise at a special price too. Each participant is allowed to buy one of each merchandise at a special price for each challenge he/she signs up.
Q: How do I submit my results?
A: Go to your Dashboard and click on your Joined Event to submit your result. You will need to attach a screenshot of your virtual challenge, showing your distance, timing and running date.
Q: Which tracking apps can we use?
You may use any fitness tracking apps to track your workout progress. Results from any GPS-based app, indoor trainer and Zwift are allowed.
*Note: Pedometers are not allowed.
Q: I have registered and paid but did not receive my registration email confirmation. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam mail account. You may also log in to your Heyjom account, and click on 'My Order' (Top Right) to check/see your confirmation registration details.
Q: When can I receive my entitlements?
Once you have submitted your results and it has been verified, an email will be sent to you when they are ready to be delivered. The first batch of finisher entitlements will be delivered out on 21 July. However, due to the uncertainties caused by the pandemic and lock down, deliveries might be delayed.
Q: Do I have to complete the challenge one time or can I complete it multiple times?
A: You may complete in multiple rounds but the minimum distance for every submission is 5km and the maximum allowed is 5 rounds.

Q: Can I receive my entitlement and merchandise if I do not finish the race?
A: You will not receive your finisher entitlement i.e. e-cert and medal if you did not complete the race or send in your completed race results. However, you can send us a message to inform your intention to not finish the race and request for the optional merchandise that you purchased to be sent to you.
