3) Participants having the following medical conditions ARE NOT ALLOWED to participate in this trail event:

I. Congenital or rheumatic heart conditions
II. Hypertension
III. Myocarditis and other heart conditions
IV. Coronary heart disease, coronary arterial disease
V. Serious arrhythmia
VI. Diabetes
VII. Any other disease which can be aggravated by running

The organizer is not liable for any medical issues due to participants hiding their true medical
conditions.

Important Notice

• Participants are advised to read the following Important Notice, Terms & Conditions and Official Rules carefully before the race.
• Participants are advised to solicit medical advice from doctor if they are in doubt of their health condition prior to taking part in the race.
• All entry fees are non-refundable and the Organizer retains the right to refuse entry to anyone declaring false information on their entry form, not making the required payment, or otherwise failing to meet the stated entry requirements.
• By signing up for the Event, the Participant agrees to follow all the race Rules and Regulations set by the Organizer.
• Registration is valid once payment received and VERIFY by the organizer. Any incomplete entries without payment will NOT be valid.
• Participants run solely at their own risk and the Organizers will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death during or after participation in the Event. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior competing in this event.
• Only registered participants are allowed to participate in this event, no other person besides the registered participants can use the race bib to enter and run this event. Any person violates this rule will be DISQUALFIED and BANNED from future events.
• Only participants who have completed the race within the COT will be listed in the final results.
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend the event routes as the Organizer deems fit for the safety of the runners and/or to prevent any potential hazards during the race at any time without prior notice to the Participants. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the Participants prior to the date of the Event. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time without prior notice to the Participants. If the Event has to be cancelled or postponed, there shall be no refunds of fees and the Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
• No result or certificate will be given to participants who do not start in the race time assigned to them by the Organizer.
• Participants must retire from the race immediately, if asked / requested to do so by any member of the officials, medical staff, race director or security officers / marshals.
• No pets or any form of wheel-run objects of transport, bicycles, skates, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers, etc. are NOT allowed on the course.

Pictures and Documentation

• The organizer shall be entitled to use pictures and documentation of the participants taken during the event for purposes related with the event or any future events
